"The caramel with a Ghost pepper sounds intimidating, but I bit off about 1/4 of the caramel, being cautious and all. Not to worry. It got warm, and actually a tad hot...but it didn't ever get to the level of a burn. It was beautifully balanced against the salt and sweetness of the caramel. Just delightful." Larry B.
